CAHPS (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems) ni familia ya tafiti zenye msingi wa ushahidi zilizotengenezwa na Shirika la Utafiti na Ubora wa Huduma za Afya (AHRQ) kuanzia mwaka 1995.
