Upimishaji wa Muda wa Uhifadhi wa Haraka (ASLT) hutumia halijoto iliyoinuliwa na hali za uhifadhi zilizodhibitiwa kutathmini kwa haraka uharibifu wa bidhaa na kutabiri muda halisi wa uhifadhi bila kusubiri miezi. Kwa kupima vigezo vya ubora (unyevu, asidi, viwango vya virutubisho, ukuaji wa vijidudu) katika hali za juu na kutumia modeli za hisabati, ASLT hutabiri tarehe za kuisha muda na vigezo bora vya uhifadhi kabla ya kuzinduliwa sokoni.
