Analiza snage zasnovana na simulaciji (Monte Carlo snaga)

Analiza snage zasnovana na simulaciji procenjuje statističku snagu i potrebnu veličinu uzorka studije ponavljanjem celokupnog analitičkog postupka hiljadama puta na veštački generisanim podacima. Budući da se oslanja na Monte Carlo simulaciju, a ne na zatvorene jednačine, primenljiva je na dizajne — mešovite modele, složene merne strukture, nestandardne ishode — gde analitičke formule snage ne postoje. Pristup su sistematski opisali za primenjena istraživanja Arnold et al. 2011. godine, a implementacija mešovitog modela putem paketa SIMR formalizovana je od strane Greena i MacLeoda 2016. godine.
