HSQC

Heteronuclear Single-Quantum Coherence (HSQC) je 2D NMR tehnika koja korelira hemijske pomake protona i ugljenika-13 (ili drugih heteronukleusa) kroz jednobočne konstante sprezanja (1JHX). Razvijen ranih 1980-ih, HSQC je brzo postao radni konj strukturne hemije jer direktno mapira koji ugljenici nose koje protone, pružajući sveobuhvatan prikaz povezanosti skeleta ugljenika i obrazaca supstitucije.
