NOESY

Nuklearna Overhauserova spektroskopija pojačanja (NOESY) je 2D NMR tehnika koja detektuje dipolno sprezanje protona kroz prostor, umesto skalarnog sprezanja kroz veze. Uvedena od strane Macure i Ernsa 1981. godine, NOESY otkriva koji su protoni prostorno bliski u trodimenzionalnoj strukturi, nezavisno od povezanosti veza. Ovo čini NOESY neprocenjivim za određivanje molekulske konformacije, dodeljivanje stereoh Hemije i razjašnjavanje proteinskih prevoja.
