Srednja apsolutna greška (MAE)

Srednja apsolutna greška je robusna metrika koja meri prosečnu apsolutnu veličinu grešaka predviđanja u regresionim modelima. Potekla je iz rada Pjer-Simona Laplasa o greškama posmatranja (1799), a MAE kvantifikuje tipično odstupanje predviđanja tako što usrednjava apsolutne razlike između posmatranih i predviđenih vrednosti.
