Teorija redova u zdravstvu

Teorija redova je matematička disciplina koja modelira redove čekanja, kapacitet usluga i protok korisnika (pacijenata). Prvobitno razvijena od strane Agnera Erlanga za telekomunikacije 1909. godine, naširoko je primenjena u zdravstvu za analizu i optimizaciju urgentnih centara, ambulanti, operacionih sala i centara za dijagnostičke usluge.
