Policy evaluation med propensity score-vekting anvender invers sannsynlighetsvekting på observasjonsdata for å estimere den kausale effekten av et policyprogram. Ved å vekte deltakere og ikke-deltakere slik at de ligner en målgruppe, fjernes seleksjonsskjevhet fra frivillig eller administrativt tildelt programdeltakelse uten krav om randomisering.
