Interpretatieve Semiotische Analyse — Tekens Lezen Door Een Interpretatieve Bril
Interpretatieve semiotische analyse is een kwalitatieve methode die onderzoekt hoe tekens — woorden, beelden, symbolen, gebaren en geluiden — betekenis produceren binnen specifieke sociale en culturele contexten. Voortbouwend op Saussureaanse semiologie en Barthesiaanse culturele analyse, gaat de benadering verder dan oppervlakkige beschrijving om de gelaagde, contextgebonden betekenissen te ontrafelen die tekensystemen genereren. Het wordt veelvuldig gebruikt in mediastudies, communicatie, onderwijs, marketing en cultureel onderzoek om te onthullen hoe representaties de sociale werkelijkheid vormgeven.
