Multigroep Exploratieve Factoranalyse (MGEFA)
Multigroep exploratieve factoranalyse schat de latente factorstructuur van een set items afzonderlijk binnen elke van twee of meer groepen en onderzoekt vervolgens of de ontdekte structuren consistent zijn over de groepen heen. Het wordt gebruikt om dimensionaliteit te exploreren alvorens invariantiebeperkingen op te leggen, en om groepspecifieke patroonstructuren te diagnosticeren die vergelijkingen tussen groepen ongeldig zouden maken.
