Computerized Adaptive Test Differential Item Functioning (CAT-DIF)
CAT-DIF identificeert items in een geautomatiseerde adaptieve test die zich anders gedragen tussen demografische of groepsondersubpopulaties na controle voor algemeen vermogen. Omdat adaptieve algoritmen items niet-willekeurig selecteren op basis van het geschatte vermogen van elke kandidaat, vereisen standaard DIF-detectiemethoden aanpassing voordat ze geldig kunnen worden toegepast in deze context.
