Getis-Ord Gi*는 1992년 Getis와 Ord가 처음 소개하고 1995년에 개선한 지역 공간 통계량으로, 각 위치의 값과 그 주변 지역의 값을 전역 평균과 비교하여 통계적으로 유의미한 고가(핫스팟) 및 저가(콜드스팟) 클러스터를 식별합니다.
