네트워크 기반 메타 분석 — 여러 치료법을 동시에 비교하기
네트워크 기반 메타 분석(NMA)은 기존의 쌍별 메타 분석을 확장하여, 단일 시험에서 직접적으로 비교된 적이 없는 쌍을 포함하여 두 가지 이상의 경쟁 치료법 네트워크 전반에 걸쳐 증거를 동시에 종합합니다. NMA는 일관된 통계 모델 내에서 직접 및 간접 증거를 결합함으로써 모든 치료법 쌍에 대한 상대적 효과 추정치를 생성하고, 관심 결과에 대해 어떤 치료법이 가장 우수한지에 대한 확률적 순위를 생성합니다.
