디지털 대화 분석(Digital Conversation Analysis, DCA)은 대화 분석(Conversation Analysis, CA)의 체계적이고 차례대로 분석하는 절차를 채팅 기록, 소셜 미디어 스레드, 인스턴트 메시지, 온라인 포럼을 포함한 디지털 및 컴퓨터 매개 상호작용에 적용합니다.
