다집단 탐색적 요인 분석 (Multi-group Exploratory Factor Analysis, MGEFA)
다집단 탐색적 요인 분석은 두 개 이상의 집단 각각에서 항목 집합의 잠재 요인 구조를 별도로 추정하고, 발견된 구조가 집단 간에 일관적인지를 검토한다. 이는 불변성 제약을 부과하기 전에 차원성을 탐색하고, 집단 간 비교를 무효화할 수 있는 집단 특이적 요인 패턴을 진단하는 데 사용된다.
