척도 개발을 위한 요인 분석
탐색적 요인 분석(EFA)은 일련의 문항 또는 변수의 잠재적 차원 구조를 발견하기 위한 통계적 방법입니다. 20세기 중반 루이스 서스톤이 개척한 EFA는 서로 상관되는 문항 그룹을 식별하여 측정 대상 구성 개념의 잠재적 차원을 드러냄으로써 심리 측정 척도를 개발하고 검증하는 데 널리 사용됩니다. 이 방법은 문항 집합을 해석 가능한 더 적은 수의 요인으로 축소합니다.
