건강 이해력 척도
건강 이해력 척도는 개인이 건강을 유지하거나 개선하기 위해 건강 정보에 접근하고, 이해하고, 평가하고, 전달하는 능력을 측정하도록 설계된 검증된 자기 보고식 도구입니다. 성인의 의학 문해력 신속 평가(Rapid Estimate of Adult Literacy in Medicine, REALM)와 성인의 기능적 건강 이해력 검사(Test of Functional Health Literacy in Adults, TOFHLA)는 임상 집단에서 기능적 건강 이해력을 평가하는 데 흔히 사용되는 변형입니다. 건강 이해력 측정은 건강 결과가 좋지 않을 위험이 있는 환자를 식별하고 의사소통의 단순화를 안내합니다.
