천식 조절 검사 (Asthma Control Test, ACT)

ACT는 천식 조절 상태를 측정하는 간단하고 신속하며 환자 중심적인 도구입니다. 2004년 Robert Nathan과 동료들이 개발한 이 5개 문항 설문지는 천식 증상, 활동 제한, 야간 각성 등이 일상생활에 미치는 영향을 정량화합니다. ACT는 임상 현장에서 가장 널리 사용되는 천식 조절 측정 도구이며, 주요 천식 가이드라인에서 표준 평가 도구로 권장됩니다.
