레지스트리 기반 연구
레지스트리 기반 연구는 특정 질병이나 상태를 가진 환자들의 체계적으로 수집된 임상 데이터를 환자 레지스트리(조직화된 데이터베이스)를 사용하여 관찰 연구를 수행하는 것입니다. 레지스트리는 20세기 중반에 시작되었지만, 전자 건강 기록이 확대되고 자금 지원 기관들이 실제 증거 생성을 위한 가치를 인식하면서 2000년대 이후 급증했습니다. 레지스트리 연구는 대규모의 다양하고 대표적인 모집단을 모집 및 추적하는 비용 없이 제공하여 임상 증거를 신속하게 생성할 수 있습니다.
