略記式精神検査 (Abbreviated Mental Test Score)
略記式精神検査（AMT）は、1972年にHodkinsonによって開発され、当初はAge and Ageing誌に掲載された、10項目の簡便な認知スクリーニング検査である。これは、特に高齢の入院患者の認知機能を迅速に評価し、急性期病院環境におけるせん妄や認知症を検出するために設計された。AMTはその簡便さ、短時間（2～3分）での実施可能性、および迅速な認知トリアージが不可欠なペースの速い臨床環境での有用性から高く評価されている。
