モントリオール認知評価 (Montreal Cognitive Assessment)
モントリオール認知評価（MoCA）は、高齢者における軽度認知障害（MCI）を検出するために設計された、10分程度の短い認知スクリーニング検査である。2005年にマギル大学のNasreddineらによって開発されたMoCAは、特に早期アルツハイマー病や非アルツハイマー型認知症の検出において、Mini-CogやMMSEよりも認知障害に対する感度が高く、プライマリケア、神経内科、老年医学で広く使用されている。
