Metrike složenosti softvera

Metrike složenosti softvera kvantificiraju strukturnu i operacijsku poteškoću koda putem numeričkih mjerenja. Ciklomatska složenost, uvedena 1976. godine Thomasa McCacea, postala je temeljni pristup. Ove metrike procjenjuju održivost, testabilnost i rizik od grešaka, omogućujući timovima identifikaciju problematičnih dijelova koda i usmjeravanje napora na refaktoring.
