Analiza pokrivenosti koda mjeri opseg do kojeg izvorni kod izvršava testni paket, kvantificirajući koje su linije, grane ili putanje aktivirane. Alati instrumentiraju kod za praćenje izvršavanja, izvještavajući postotke pokrivenosti i identificirajući netestirane regije.
