Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer, abuse the AI assistant, or use the service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
Paid tiers
Some features require a paid subscription. Billing is handled by our payment provider; charges, renewals and refunds are described at checkout and governed by the provider's terms.
Intellectual property
Method explanations and the site's design are ScholarGate's. Cited works belong to their authors/publishers; we link to original sources for verification. Don't republish substantial portions without permission.
Changes & termination
We may update the service or these terms; material changes are reflected by the date above. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
