Metoda KKR

Metoda Korringe-Kohn-Rostokera (KKR) moćan je pristup višestrukog raspršenja za izračun elektronskih vrpcnih struktura i svojstava periodičnih i poremećenih krutina. Razvijena krajem 1940-ih, KKR tretira elektrone kao raspršene na atomskim potencijalima u kalupiranoj geometriji (muffin-tin), omogućujući učinkovite izračune za kristalne i amorfne sustave.
