Pozivanje vrhunaca kod jednaničnih stanica ChIP-seq (scChIP-seq peak calling) je bioinformatički postupak koji identificira genomska područja obogaćena modifikacijama histona ili vezanjem transkripcijskih faktora u pojedinačnim stanicama. Profiliranjem stanja kromatina u rezoluciji jednaničnih stanica, otkriva epigenomsku heterogenost skrivenu u eksperimentima ChIP-seq na skupnim uzorcima, omogućujući istraživačima mapiranje regulatornih krajolika kroz različite stanične populacije unutar složenog tkivnog uzorka.
