Višestruka omika eQTL analiza — integrativno mapiranje lokusa kvantitativnih svojstava ekspresije

Višestruka omika eQTL analiza mapira genetičke varijante (SNP-ove ili strukturne varijante) na molekularne fenotipove istovremeno preko više omika slojeva — transkriptom, epigenom, proteom i metabolom — u istoj kohorti. Povezivanjem genotipa s ekspresijom gena, a zatim praćenjem tih učinaka kroz nizvodne molekularne slojeve, pristup otkriva kako se genetička varijacija širi kroz molekularni mehanizam stanice, pružajući mehanistički uvid koji nijedna studija eQTL-a s jednom omikom ne može pružiti.
