Defining Interrelationships Between Ranked criteria

When to use it
DIBR requires only n−1 ratio judgements (no pairwise matrix). The formula directly ensures transitivity: w_j/w_{j+1} = φ_{j+1} for all adjacent pairs. It produces crisp weights with built-in consistency.
