Fuzzy ANOVA udvider den klassiske variansanalyse til fuzzy data, hvor observationer og gruppetilhørsforhold er upræcise eller usikre. Udviklet af Viertl m.fl. tester Fuzzy ANOVA, om fuzzy-værdigrupper afviger signifikant, idet der tages højde for iboende måleusikkerhed.
