加速失效时间 (AFT) 模型

加速失效时间 (Accelerated Failure Time, AFT) 模型是一种参数回归方法,用于生存分析——由 L. J. Wei 于 1992 年正式评审并倡导——在该模型中,协变量充当乘性因子,直接拉伸或压缩事件发生时间尺度。与 Cox 比例风险模型(该模型模拟协变量如何改变风险率)不同,AFT 模型将协变量效应表达为时间轴本身的加速或减速。
