XANES

X射线吸收近边结构(XANES)是一种同步辐射X射线光谱技术,通过分析约50 eV范围内的X射线吸收光谱,研究特定原子周围的电子和几何结构。XANES由Lee和Pendry于1975年开发,与EXAFS互补,通过近阈值特征和共振揭示价态、局域对称性和未占据轨道结构。
