小角X射线散射 (SAXS) 是一种溶液相X射线散射技术,通过分析低角度(0.1-10度)的散射强度来测量大分子和纳米颗粒的整体形状和大小。SAXS由Kratky及其同事于20世纪50年代开发,无需结晶或固定即可提供关于分子半径、聚集状态和整体形状的信息,因此是研究天然蛋白质构象和动力学的理想方法。
