基于代理的排队仿真（AB-QS）将基于代理的建模与排队论相结合，用于模拟自主的、决策实体通过等候线和服务点进行交互的系统。每个实体（患者、客户、作业）都被建模为一个具有自身状态和行为规则的独立代理，从而比仅有的古典排队模型能够实现更丰富、更切合实际的动态。
