非结构化访谈是一种定性数据收集方法，研究者在对话中引入一个宽泛的主题或总体性问题，而非固定的问卷，从而允许参与者引导讨论的流程和深度。这种方法优先考虑参与者自身的概念范畴和叙事逻辑，而非研究者预设的议程，因此在探索不熟悉或复杂的社会现象方面尤为强大。
