增值模型

增值模型(Value-Added Modeling, VAM)是一种评估学校或教师对学生学业成长贡献的方法,由Sanders和Horn(1998)开发。VAM通过比较学生在控制了先前的学业成绩和学生特征后所获得的进步(增值),来分离出教师或学校的影响。
