多组内容效度将标准内容效度指数（CVI）程序进行了扩展，通过计算和比较两个或多个不同的专家小组或亚组的项目和量表层面的效度指数。它确保量表的项目不仅总体上被认为是相关的和有代表性的，而且在每个目标亚组内也是如此，从而支持该工具在不同群体间的可推广性。
