战略选择方法（SCA）是一种交互式的、基于研讨会的问題结构化方法，由John Friend和Allen Hickling开发，首次发表于1987年，并在《压力下的规划》（2005年）的权威第三版中得到完善。SCA通过在采取行动前明确绘制决策领域、方案组合和不确定性来源，帮助规划师和利益相关者群体管理不确定性下的相互关联的决策。
