基于代理的模型优化(Surrogate-based optimization),由 Sacks 等人(1989)在计算机实验框架下形式化,并由 Forrester 等人(2008)推广应用于工程领域,它用一个廉价的近似模型(称为代理模型或元模型)替代了成本高昂的仿真或物理实验,然后在此代理模型上进行优化。代理模型通常是克里金(高斯过程)、径向基函数或多项式响应面,它拟合于少量精心挑选的设计评估点,并随着搜索的进展而周期性地更新。
