低频波动幅度(Amplitude of Low-Frequency Fluctuation, ALFF)是一种静息态功能磁共振成像(fMRI)指标,用于量化大脑自发性低频振荡(通常为 0.01–0.1 Hz)的强度。ALFF 由 Yang 及其同事于 2007 年提出,它提供了一种体素(voxel)级别的局部脑活动测量方法,反映了静息状态下血氧水平的自发性波动幅度。
