维氏硬度

维氏硬度测试是一种力学表征技术,通过在受控载荷下将金刚石锥形压头压入材料表面,并测量由此产生的压痕尺寸来确定材料硬度。维氏硬度由Smith和Sandland于1922年发明,使用相同的压头几何形状和不同的载荷,可适用于极大的硬度范围(1-2000 HV)。它是最通用的硬度测试方法,广泛应用于材料科学、冶金学和质量控制领域,用于评估材料强度和比较合金性能。
