动态光散射

动态光散射(DLS),也称为光子相关光谱(PCS),是一种分析技术,通过分析散射激光强度的时变起伏来确定悬浮在流体中的颗粒的大小和尺寸分布。DLS由Robert Pecora于1964年开发,利用了颗粒的布朗运动:较小的颗粒运动速度较快,引起较快的强度起伏;较大的颗粒运动速度较慢,引起较慢的起伏。通过随时间关联强度,可以推断出颗粒尺寸。DLS测量速度快、无损耗,且只需极少量样品,使其成为表征纳米颗粒、蛋白质、胶体和乳液的标准技术。
