理论域框架 (TDF)
理论域框架 (TDF) 是一个包含14个域的模型，它整合了33种行为改变和实施理论中的构念，以识别促进或阻碍专业人员和公众行为改变的障碍和促进因素。TDF由Michie等人（2005年）开发，旨在为实施科学家和行为改变专家提供一个实用的工具，帮助系统地评估医护人员或患者“为什么”会（或不会）采纳循证实践，并指导定制化行为改变干预措施的设计。
