Tajima's D (选择扫描)

Tajima's D 是一种统计检验,旨在根据 DNA 序列的遗传变异模式来检测选择性扫描——即有利突变的近期快速固定。该检验由 Fumio Tajima 于 1989 年开发,通过比较 DNA 序列多样性的不同度量来衡量偏离中性进化的程度。显著的 Tajima's D 值表明偏离中性进化,提示存在正选择、群体结构或人口统计学事件。
