HKA检验

Hudson-Kreitman-Aguade (HKA) 检验是一种统计方法,通过比较多个基因座的群体内多态性水平和群体间分化水平来检验中性进化。该检验由 Hudson、Kreitman 和 Aguade 于 1987 年开发,其原理是中性基因座应表现出多态性与分化之间的预期关系。偏离这些关系的基因座是选择的候选。HKA 检验特别适用于检测全基因组调查中的选择,因为它使用基因座间的相对比较,而不是需要外部校准。
