最优实验设计(D最优、I最优)

最优实验设计是一种计算机辅助方法,用于构建实验,在给定模型和运行预算的情况下,最大限度地提高统计效率。该方法由 V. V. Fedorov 于 1972 年正式提出,它从候选集中选择实验点,以根据选定的标准优化信息矩阵 M = X'X——最常见的是 D 最优(最大化行列式)或 I 最优(最小化平均预测方差)。当经典的中心复合设计或 Box-Behnken 设计因实验区域受限或因子范围不规则而无法应用时,这是首选策略。
