窗口数据包络分析

窗口数据包络分析(Window DEA)是一种非参数面板效率方法,它通过将每个决策单元(DMU)在一段时间内的观测值嵌入到单个横截面 DEA 问题中来评估决策单元(DMU)随时间推移的效率。该方法由 Charnes、Clark、Cooper 和 Golany 于 1984 年提出,无需完整的面板数据即可实现纵向效率跟踪,并通过汇集连续时期内的观测值来提高区分能力。
