摘要The Cultural Intelligence Scale (CQS) is a 20-item measure assessing an individual's capability to function effectively in culturally diverse contexts and to adapt behavior appropriately across cultural settings. Developed by Christopher Earley and Soon Ang in the early 2000s, the CQS operationalizes cultural intelligence as a multidimensional competence involving cognitive, metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral components. The measure has become standard in organizational psychology and international business research for evaluating cross-cultural effectiveness.The NEO PI-R is a comprehensive 240-item self-report personality assessment that measures five major personality dimensions and thirty lower-order facets. Developed by Paul Costa and Robert McCrae in the early 1990s, it operationalizes the Five-Factor Model of personality—one of the most empirically validated trait taxonomies in psychological science. The measure has become the gold standard for personality assessment in clinical, research, and occupational settings.
