绿色建筑评级体系
绿色建筑评级体系是用于评估和认证建筑物的环境绩效和可持续性的标准化框架。其中最广为人知的是由美国绿色建筑委员会（U.S. Green Building Council）于1998年制定的LEED（能源与环境设计先锋认证）。全球范围内也存在类似的体系（如英国的BREEAM、欧洲的Passivhaus），它们都使用结构化的标准来评估设计和绩效在多个环境维度上的表现。
