การทดสอบของ McNemar เป็นการทดสอบสมมติฐานแบบนอนพาราเมตริกที่เปรียบเทียบสัดส่วนทวิภาคี (binary proportions) ที่จับคู่กัน (correlated) สองกลุ่ม เช่น การวัดผลแบบใช่/ไม่ใช่ ที่เก็บจากผู้เข้าร่วมการทดลองกลุ่มเดียวกันทั้งก่อนและหลังการแทรกแซง การทดสอบนี้ถูกนำเสนอโดย Quinn McNemar ในปี 1947 และทำงานบนตาราง 2×2 ของผลลัพธ์ที่จับคู่กัน
