การถดถอยเชิงพื้นที่แบบถ่วงน้ำหนักแบบหลายสเกลแบบเบย์ (Bayesian Multiscale Geographically Weighted Regression)
การถดถอยเชิงพื้นที่แบบถ่วงน้ำหนักแบบหลายสเกลแบบเบย์ (Bayesian MGWR) เป็นการขยายกรอบการทำงานของ MGWR โดยการกำหนดค่าก่อน (prior) แบบเบย์ให้กับสัมประสิทธิ์ที่แปรผันตามพื้นที่แต่ละตัว โดยแต่ละตัวทำนายจะได้รับอนุญาตให้มีแบนด์วิดท์ (bandwidth) ของตนเอง ซึ่งก็คือสเกลทางภูมิศาสตร์ของอิทธิพลของมัน ในขณะที่การอนุมานแบบเบย์จะเข้ามาแทนที่การปรับแก้แบบย้อนกลับ (back-fitting) แบบดั้งเดิมด้วยการสุ่มตัวอย่างภายหลัง (posterior sampling) ซึ่งให้การวัดความไม่แน่นอนอย่างสมบูรณ์สำหรับพื้นผิวสัมประสิทธิ์เฉพาะที่แต่ละตัว
